satellite concerns and we will, if necessary, provide you with extensive help to make sure
that you are more than happy with any items purchased, and will not be limited to
manufacturers limitations on their products. This is our goal, to make sure that you are
more than satisfied with the products listed. |
Return Policy
| Warranty or DOA
Accepted defective product returns up to
30 days from purchase date. All items need RA and need to confer
with support department to determine problem before return
authorization completion. All products will be replaced with
original purchased items. * Electronic items that have specific
assigned Identifications, cannot be exchanged without manufacturer
assigned claim numbers. (See Motorola products) No refunds on
assigned Id type devices - 4dtv Satellite receivers are under
manufacturers warranty after 30 days from purchase date and are non
refundable items. All FTA (FREE to Air) Receivers as described will
have manufacturers warranty. Because of this
we do not permit returns. FTA receivers are
not returnable and are subject to manufacturers policies. We
will issue refunds on unshipped backorders only. (Multiple receiver orders of
5 or more than 5) are not refundable nor returnable in whole... |
| Misorders or other
items returned other than defective or warranty, will be charged 15% plus any
additional paypal fees or expenses. Need to notify our department within three days of
receipt on all items. If you have accidently purchased incorrect item
and intend to purchase another item on our web site, will refund in whole or
part to your new item. Make sure that all documentation and boxes etc. are returned
as near new as possible. Upon receipt of product, will credit your account as necessary. |
